Paint Party Friday - a-Muse-less week

My muse was not in residence this week. I had plans, but just couldn't get anything I really wanted to finish, finished. Although, I did attempt a water color study of  Monarda/Bee Balm from my garden. I really want to paint them and have yet to master it. Practice, practice.

In other news... I worked on some inchies and moo card houses for swaps on atcsforall.com. I'm building a mini village! :)

What have you been up to this week?

I'll be checking in  in with the other PPF artists at  Paint Party Friday, hosted by Eva and Kristin! If you have time, I invite you to stop by and  browse their wonderful art! I'm sure their art will help revive my lagging muse.

Sure hope you muse only takes a mini vacation. I adore your little village! I'm working on a Howlign Wolf Chigirie (torn paper) art this week and had some fun experimenting with real wasp nest paper...very cool...but you know that because you were so speedy and visited already! Happy PPF #3 Robin Panzer Art Studio 33

I hope your muse returns soon. The flower study was a good idea to tempt her back from staying away too long. Love your mini village!! :)

I really like your bee balm flower - not easy to capture God's creation with paint - you did a great job. The little village houses are adorable! Love them. I think you got quite a bit done this week.

I love the mini village too. There's something about those colorful houses where you can't help but smile when you look at them. Betcha your muse is one of them.
