Another rain storm
Learning to dance
in the rain
Well
taken advice
Rain drops finally
stop.
Fairy diamonds glisten now
on the garden plants
It's summertime they say. You couldn't tell by our recent weather. Rain and rain and rain. When the rain stopped, I ventured out to the garden (in my goulashes) to see what treasures were left behind. There were quite a few. Do you see the raindrop heart?
I really would like some warm and sunshine. Even knowing some areas of our country are drying up and blowing away in the heat, I still would like just a bit of it. Just a bit. I really, really really would. :)

Since we're having
so much rain, I created a Summer Rain Treasury gallery on Etsy. If you have time, do check it out!
Happy Hump Day!
Oh! I finally figured out how to make a badge for HuMp DaY Haiku. Feel free to add it to your blog posts if you like.

Ha I know you live in the Pacific NW. Where? I live in Florence, OR. and your weather sounds like my weather. I really hate it. LOL
I would send sunshine to you but WE DON'T HAVE ANY.

It's getting easier this week to think in syllables. xo Jenny
Hi Helen. I think I pasted my link on another of your posts by accident. Sorry. Love your Haiku and wish we had some rain. I like how you captured the raindrop heart. Nice Too much sunshine out this way. Happy Haiku Hump Day. Have a wonderful week.
Send some of that rain this way!!! It's all gone away and now I have to drag the hose all around the yard. :-) Loving your Haiku for today and the raindrops Helen!
I was a bit disappointed that it wasn't all sunshiny and lovely on my birthday, but unexpected events at the office perked me up. And the rain (.80" here) means I don't have to water much till the weekend. Nice rain-drenched photos, Helen.
