Standstill

This is a work in progress - and has been for a bit. I love how the orange flowers turned out, and am hesitant to add to them as I normally would. And I'm not even sure what type of leaves to add.

So here it sits. I come by and look at it every so often to see if I'm inspired to complete it. Hasn't happened yet.. as you can tell.  :)

One of these days it will be completed. For now it's at a standstill.

What are you working on this week?

The flowers can wait.. the idea will appear ...the most important thing is patience ... I am often not patient enough to wait and let sit ..
but I am in a progress of learning....
Happy PPF!

Looks gorgeous. I can understand you're hesistant to add something to it. Just leave it for now, there will come a day that you'll know what to do with it ... ;-)

I'm sure you'll come up with something suitable. Important to not rush things.

Lovely flowers, Helen. They look like carnations to me. It's hard to add leaves to carnation paintings but a couple of those narrow leaves along the stem would probably be OK.

I really like the orange against the blue... not sure what leaves I would add... but I am a sucker for blue and orange so i would probably add none... my favourite combination... this is lovely as it is...xx

Hi Helen, hope you are doing good. It looks great Helen. They look like carnations to me too. You'll finish it soon, you always do. Happy PPF!
