Drawing energy
amid the autumn colors
on the mountain trail.
Last week I spent a lovely day with my husband at Heather Meadows, near Mt. Baker. This was one of the paths we wandered... headed down to Bagley Lake.
There is something about being out in such a magnificent natural environment, you can feel the energy emanating from the rocks and trees as you wander about.
Quite the rush!

And this is what we discovered imbedded in the pathway as we climbed back up the hill from the lake.

Oh, what a beautiful trail. When I finish my California 365 project I think I'll spend more time in Oregon and Washington.

We have only been by Mt. Baker when visiting my son and his family on Baimbridge Island. It is such a gorgeous part of the area. You must have had a divine walk. I adore Oregon and Washington. Wish we could just sell out farm and move out there. All the rain does not bother me a bit. Your photography is lovely.IT really captured the moment beautifully. genie
