Forget Me Not Abstract

Blue Forget Me Not Abstract - 5x7

Lovely Blue Forget-Me-Not flowers pop up in the garden like a weed. I let them stay because they are so cute... and yet their seeds have little burrs that stick to your clothing. I wonder if that is how it got it's name?

Abstract Monarda 

An almost complete painting... gesso and watercolor. I will add some highlights, I think, with white acrylic ink. The colors are not true, I didn't get these taken early enough for the good light.
