First Day of Winter
Frosty decorations left
on this little tree.
on this little tree.
This little shore pine is in our tree nursery, wintering over as it grows a bit before being planted in our "wild" area sometime next year. A bit of holiday decorating was done compliments of Jack Frost. :)

I wish you all the best during the holidays to you and those around you.
dear helen,
not only is your haiku beautiful, your tree raising is a gift of healing to all.
thank you for being here and for keeping joe in your heart.
Cute pic and words.
Charming haiku! Nice image!
I enjoy the "frosty decorations" on your tree nursery. The natural habitat you work on providing is a blessing, no doubt.
Ah, but the frost was left on the tree, not in your heart...so rejoice! Alleluia! Merry Christmas!
